  1. This website has been tested and certified as being accessible using JAWS 12.0. When using older versions of JAWS you may encounter compatibility problems with the latest versions of Adobe Flash Player.
  2. To use this website, you must have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. If you are using the JAWS 10.0 or older versions, you also need special JAWS scripts for Adobe Flex. You can download these scripts and the latest version of Flash from the Adobe website at www.adobe.com/accessibility/products/flex/jaws.html.
  3. This website works best when JAWS is configured to run as a Program. Please uncheck the option to "Run JAWS From System Tray" by selecting JAWS menu item "Options" and sub menu item "Basics".

  5. You can use keyboard arrow keys and form controls to navigate this website. The application is designed to be completed by using the tab key for navigation. Using the tab key ensures that you will reach all of the entry fields in the correct order.
Known problems using JAWS that you may encounter on this website:
  1. You will need to close your browser after logging off to log in again.
  2. If you are trying to remove a person in the "People applying for benefits" section, JAWS will delete the first person in your list. The suggested way to get around this issue is to delete all of the people, then re-enter everyone's information.
  3. On this website, JAWS interacts differently with combo boxes, also known as dropdown boxes. When you tab to a combo box, JAWS will read the field prompt. You must press tab again to move the cursor to the combo box and make a selection. You can open the combo box and make a selection by pressing the ALT button with the down arrow.
